Can I tour VESPER?
Yes! We are currently open to tours. Please reach out through our contact form for more information and to schedule a visit.
What types of events can be hosted at VESPER?
VESPER is the perfect venue for weddings, corporate parties, brand activations, social gatherings, and more!
What is included?
Set-up and breakdown of the space, heating & A/C, security, floor-to-ceiling windows, 60” round and rectangular tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, white linens, coat check, all food & beverage, all event staff, and our event planning team.
What is the Event Planning Team responsible for?
Liaisons for anything and everything involving your event at VESPER: wedding design consultation, design proposals, finding vendors for florals, stationery and furniture rental to fit your tastes and budget, generating timelines, facilitating all meetings and walkthroughs with outside vendors (DJ, band, photographer, videographer, florist, etc.), organizing vendors day-of, leading set-up of the space, and cueing all relevant vendors for specific moments such as speeches and dances.
When do I start working with the Event Planning Team?
Soon after you secure a date by signing a contract and putting down a deposit, you’ll be connected to our Event Planning Team. The team will assist you until the day of your wedding and beyond to ensure that your dream event goes off without a hitch!
Am I required to hire any additional planning and/or coordination services?
No. However, if you do choose to hire additional planning and/or coordination services, we will work directly with them to ensure your vision is properly executed.
What is the capacity of VESPER?
400 seated and 1000 standing.
Do you accommodate guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please discuss allergies and aversions with our event planning & coordination team so that we can modify and make substitutions for those guests appropriately.
Is the building handicap accessible?
Yes, the entire space, including the rooftop, is handicap accessible.
Does VESPER have a parking lot?
Yes! There is a 275-car parking garage located in the basement.
Do you offer a valet service?
Yes! A valet service can be included for an additional cost.
Are there rooms available for couples to get ready in?
Yes. VESPER has two lovely dressing rooms for couples and their bridal parties and families to get ready and relax in before the event begins. Dressing rooms are available at 8AM on the day of the event.
Are A/V & Lighting services and equipment included?
All A/V & Lighting services and equipment are provided through our exclusive provider, Room 11 Productions Inc., who partner with us to ensure you have all the bright lights and crisp sound for the event of your dreams.
Are there any noise ordinances?
There are no noise ordinances.
Are there any time restrictions?
Rental is available until 4AM.
Are children allowed at events?
Yes! Children 0–5 are free, and 6–20 are 50% of the cost of adults.
